Adamo: /ˈa.da.moː/ – to fall in LOVE with.
At Adamo Fitness our mission is to help busy adults fall in love with fitness so they can build strong bodies, strong minds, and strong relationships.

Logan helps busy adults build strength, energy, and confidence in a way that fits real life. He believes fitness should be simple, structured, and sustainable. Strength training should support your life, not compete with it, and consistency matters more than intensity.
He started Adamo Fitness to give adults clear guidance in a professional, safe environment. His role is to make sure every member knows exactly what to do when they walk in the door and feels confident doing it.

Zach helps members build strength safely and with purpose. His coaching style is disciplined, patient, and focused on long-term progress rather than quick wins.
He leads Adamo Fitness’s Special Olympics powerlifting team and was part of one of the final generations of lifters to train under legendary coach Louie Simmons. That experience shapes his high standards for coaching, preparation, and attention to detail.
